Today was back to travel mode.

The morning was spent cleaning the trailer, repacking the Jeep and getting ready to continue on with our travels.

Olivia spent the morning with Carol, hugging her dogs.

We were back on the road around 11:00. Olivia and Toby went right to sleep. We have been listening to “Talking to Strangers” on audiobooks again. It seems even more timely now and it has been interesting to reread (hear).

We stopped at a quaint little town called Wallace, which more than one person recommended. We wish it wasn’t raining so hard and that we didn’t have a dog with us as we could have spent much more time there. We did see an interesting attitude from one person who walked in to the store and the associate asked him, as she does everyone, to use hand sanitizer. He was so mad at her for the simple request. After giving her an unwarranted tongue lashing, he left. My heart went out to her. We have seen this attitude by many on the trip. While I’m all for them, I understand that some are not happy about the new health measures, but I don’t understand the rudeness…?

We had a wonderful dinner with Grayson and Tammi Stanley, some friends who live in the area. By the time Dinner was over, Olivia was making plans to move in with them.

We are looking forward to some time seeing this beautiful city tomorrow. And, we are looking forward to doing some laundry.
